About Us
FP Productions was founded in 2013, when Faizel Petersen was requested to start managing young musicians, and mentoring them in terms of music business. This grew to other aspects of networking with education centres from the USA and European countries who came to do service learning in South Africa. Faizel was joined by his cousin, Fazeelah Ibrahim as well as Martin Adamson. Sadly, Fazeelah passed away on 16 December 2020 due to COVID and her legacy still continues in the work she did with passion, being the "mom-ager" of our artists.

FP Productions has been involved with MPBSA since 2015, through the friendship Faizel had with the late, Arch Desmond Tutu. Faizel services as a board member.

Manenberg Aftercare Centre
Faizel helped with the start of the Manenberg Aftercare Centre (MAC), in October 2010, under the auspicous of the Amy Biehl Foundation. In 2012 MAC broke away and registered as an independent entity. Faizel still serves on the board since then.

Cross-Cultural Experiences
We have hosted a series of international volunteers and interns that partnered with local NGOs. FP Productions also packaged service learning experiences for schools from the UK, and creating wonderful exchange experiences.
